Traffic Jam

 Traffic jams are very common in every country, especially in big cities. Because in big cities the population, as well as the number of vehicles, are very high. Like other developing countries, traffic jams are also a major problem in Bangladesh as well. Traffic jams take place for various reasons. Likewise, the number of vehicles such as buses, trucks, auto-rickshaws, rickshaws, private cars, etc. Also, the drivers are not willing to follow the traffic rules. Their tendency to overtake also causes traffic jams. In some time, some drivers do not have a proper license and they are also very reckless while driving, making life-threatening accidents. Also, the traffic control system in our country is very poor.Traffic jams have a very bad impact on both human lives as well as our environment. Furthermore, due to traffic jams, fire brigade vehicles and ambulances cannot reach their destination on time. As a result, the patient goes under a major life threat.However, by adopting some significant measures this problem can be solved. The government should employ traffic police to control the high number of vehicles.Moreover, the traffic laws should be imposed very strictly. we think that the government should establish more sustainable plans to eradicate traffic jams. Traffic jams are hampering people’s life very vividly both physically and mentally.Hence, we should be sincere about this alarming problem.

ট্র্যাফিক জ্যাম প্রতিটি দেশে খুব সাধারণ, বিশেষ করে বড় শহরগুলিতে। কারণ বড় শহরগুলোতে জনসংখ্যার পাশাপাশি যানবাহনের সংখ্যাও অনেক বেশি। অন্যান্য উন্নয়নশীল দেশের মতো বাংলাদেশেও যানজট একটি বড় সমস্যা।বিভিন্ন কারণে যানজট হয়। একইভাবে বাস, ট্রাক, অটোরিকশা, রিকশা, প্রাইভেট কার প্রভৃতি যানবাহনের সংখ্যাও বাড়লেও চালকরাও ট্রাফিক নিয়ম মানতে রাজি নন। তাদের ওভারটেক করার প্রবণতাও যানজটের সৃষ্টি করে। কোনো কোনো সময় কোনো কোনো চালকের যথাযথ লাইসেন্স না থাকায় তারা গাড়ি চালানোর সময়ও অত্যন্ত বেপরোয়া হয়ে প্রাণঘাতী দুর্ঘটনা ঘটাচ্ছে। এছাড়াও, আমাদের দেশে ট্রাফিক নিয়ন্ত্রণ ব্যবস্থা খুবই খারাপ।ট্র্যাফিক জ্যাম মানব জীবনের পাশাপাশি আমাদের পরিবেশ উভয়ের উপর খুব খারাপ প্রভাব ফেলে। এছাড়া যানজটের কারণে ফায়ার ব্রিগেডের গাড়ি ও অ্যাম্বুলেন্স সময়মতো গন্তব্যে পৌঁছাতে পারে না। ফলস্বরূপ, রোগী একটি বড় জীবন হুমকির মধ্যে চলে যায়। তবে, কিছু গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করে এই সমস্যার সমাধান করা যেতে পারে। অধিক সংখ্যক যানবাহন নিয়ন্ত্রণে সরকারকে ট্রাফিক পুলিশ নিয়োগ করতে হবে। তাছাড়া ট্রাফিক আইন কঠোরভাবে প্রয়োগ করতে হবে।আমরা মনে করি ট্রাফিক জ্যাম দূর করতে সরকারের আরও টেকসই পরিকল্পনা তৈরি করা উচিত। ট্র্যাফিক জ্যাম মানুষের জীবনকে শারীরিক ও মানসিকভাবে অত্যন্ত প্রাণবন্তভাবে ব্যাহত করছে। অতএব, এই উদ্বেগজনক সমস্যা সম্পর্কে আমাদের আন্তরিক হওয়া উচিত।
